BJ Penn Return to UFC Being Held Up By Assault Charge

As it stands, BJ Penn’s return to MMA will be delayed a little longer. The former UFC champion was scheduled to come out of retirement and fight at UFC 197 in April, but today, the UFC released a statement concerning that return. It all stems from an assault charge Penn received last year.
