Halle Berry Finds The Lack Of Diversity In Hollywood 'Hearbreaking'

Berry won the top Oscar award in 2002 for her role in Monster's Ball. In her acceptance speech she famously said that she hoped her win would open the door and break the glass ceiling for other women of color.
