Kick-Ass 2 Balls to the Wall Set Photos (2013): Director Jeff Wadlow has been Tweeting up a storm from the set of Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall, offering a sneak peek at Mother Russia, whose casting has yet to be announced. Her massive frame is teased here alongside Christopher Mintz-Plasse, who returns as the villainous Red Mist. We also get a look at Hit Girl's (Chloe Moretz) new bike, Mother Russia's massive, iconic blade, and the returning costumes (do these still fit?).
