After losing his job as a truck driver, Yusuke Mamiana returns to his hometown. Most people look at him with suspicion, but Kyoko greets him with a smile. Yusuke is preoccupied with sex and believes seeking pleasure gives meaning to his life, so he aggressively pursues Kyoko and the two begin dating. However, it soon becomes clear the two have very different ideas of what it means to be happy...
