AUSTIN, TEXAS — Two angry drivers settled a serious case of road rage in a highway street fight.
On Jan. 25 at 10:45 a.m., two unidentified men each armed themselves with weapons out of their cars and went and squared off in the middle of stopped traffic by I-35. The incident was recorded by a passenger in a neighboring vehicle. The video begins with one man approaching the other's pick-up truck, wielding a baseball bat. He bangs on the window and the other gets out of his car and lunges toward him. He then decides to go into his trunk and grab a weapon of his own, which happened to be a long wooden rod.
The two men immediately start swinging at each other, and continue doing so for about ten seconds. Once traffic starts moving, the video ends, with the two drivers at a standstill.
Austin police have not made any arrests at this point.
