The Museum at FIT is featuring an exhibition highlighting fairy tale's direct influence on the world of fashion featuring 80 looks from labels such as Comme des Garçons, Dolce and Gabbana, Alexander McQueen, Prada, Rodarte, and Undercover.
The exhibit features 15 fairy tales by master storytellers like Hans Christian Anderson and Brother Grimm. Each story is represented using garments and accessories dating back to the 18th century. Modern designs from Prada, Rodarte and Louboutin are also on display. Be sure to check it out as the exhibit ends April 16th.
