A hilarious video has emerged of a woman putting a giant pink teddy bear, given to her by her ex-boyfriend, to good use.

In the amusing footage, filmed this week in Missouri US, the woman can be seen wearing the pink bear suit and going to the gym.

Inside, she can be seen cross training, running and trying to lift weights, all while wearing the ridiculous outfit.

The filmer later wrote online: "You and your ex break up and you don't know what to do with the giant teddy bear he gave you."
