Man 'Thought Frozen To Death,' Makes Remarkable Recovery

Thanks to the dedication of the Lehigh Valley Health Network's medical team, a Pennsylvania a man found frozen on the side of the road and without a pulse has since made a full recovery.
About a year ago, Don Smith of Pennsylvania found his son unconscious and frozen on the side of a road near their home.
Both he and emergency crews were sure 25-year-old Justin Smith was dead, but thanks to the dedication of the Lehigh Valley Health Network's medical team, he has since made a full recovery.
The remarkable story began to unfold in February of 2015, when Justin was walking home in subzero temperatures after having a few drinks with friends.
Emergency and hospital personnel spent about two hours giving the young man CPR, but without results.
