Man uses spanner instead of steering wheel to drive car

A rather shocking video has emerged from China of a man using spanner instead of a steering wheel to control his car.

The footage, filmed in Heze, Shandong Province in September last year, shows the driver holding the spanner and using it as a steering wheel to drive with his friends in the vehicle, allegedly at high speeds.
