FUIST was a theater play of the Amsterdam based theater company Made in da Shade. FUIST was one mic, two turntables, three dudes: storytellers? MC's, friends. How far do they want to go for their ambition? Faust knows.

FUIST was made in within three weeks somewhere in February of 2004. It's a cross between a hiphopconcert and a theaterperformance. Strictly for the clubs; BITTERZOET in Amsterdam and Nighttown in Rotterdam. After the overwhelming response we got invited to more spots like: Paard van Troje (The Hague), HAL 4 (Rotterdam), Patronaat (Haarlem), Atak (Enschede), Almeerse Theaters, The Rotterdam Import Festival and The Uitmarkt (Amsterdam). In every town we invited a local DJ to spin records before and after the performance. So a big BIG up to DJ's: Love Supreme (ill mixtapes dude!), The Flexican (The Pelican Prince), Edzon (Patta baby!), DJ Waxfiend, DJ Knowhow, DJ Pick-n-Mix, Mike, DJ Dubz, DJ Smash & DJ Freez.
