Impressive aerial footage of a humpback whale breaching the surface of the sea while a drone with a camera attached flies overhead.
The video, filmed at the weekend off the coast of Orange County, California, US, shows the whale diving out the sea while the drone films from a height.
The pilot then flies the device in for a close look and the whale is still operating near the surface.
The filmer later wrote online: "A humpback whale breaches several times as I fly my drone near it.
"What an awesome experience."
