Sridevi, born on 13th august 1963, at Sivakasi, is an Indian actress, model, and producer and has acted in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam films.

Sridevi is the daughter of Ayyapan and Rajeswari and is married to producer Boney Kapoor, who is brother of actor Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor. She has two daughters Jhanvi and Khushi.

Sridevi in her long illustrious career in films has played many different roles and is considered one of the best actresses and dancers in the Indian cinema and has won many awards for her acting abilities.

Sridevi made her debut as child artist in Tamil film Kandan Karunai in the year 1967, and as a leading heroine in Tamil films in1976 in Moondru Mudichu,
