This video was shot in the months of March and May of 2009 in California, United States on the shores of the Pacific Ocean. The first shot is a water-only shot of some waist-high swells. Sounds are heard of waves rising, falling, and turning into foam as the surf hits the shore. There are about six surfers sitting on their surfboards waiting for a good enough wave. The sun angle is low, but the sunlight has not started to refract, so the water is still a muted blue-green color. A male longboarder in a dark wetsuit goes left, regular-foot, and stylishly grabs the right rail. He cross-steps toward the board's nose, and his arm's windmill as he exits the wave.
