April James, her fiancé Matt Brody and April's two sons move into a 100-year-old home in one of Salt Lake City's charming historic districts. Matt, a general contractor, begins remodeling right away. It's not long before strange noises and ghostly apparitions plague the family at night. When the couple tries to fight back, things turn violent, and they are forced to leave the house in the middle of the night.
