Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Ghee 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar 1/4th Cup Semolina 125 gms Plain Flour 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Method:
- In a mixing add some ghee and beat it till the ghee becomes soft. - Then add powdered sugar and beat further to get a smooth consistency. - Then add plain flour, baking powder, semolina & cardamom powder. Mix everything well. - Make smal size balls and place them on the baking tray keeping some distance between each ball. - Preheat your oven for 5 minutes - Bake the Nankhatai at 160 degree Celsius for 20 minutes. - Enjoy the Nankhatai with tea of coffee.
