From the mission start point, rush to the Major at the meeting point, then neutralize him and any guards of note without being seen before you extract him and exfiltrate the hot zone.
In this video, marker 'C' (01:17) is the position of the Major but you may be detected by enemy gunship if you rush to marker 'C' directly. So, you had better go to marker 'C' via marker 'B' to avoid the enemy gunship.
