Town puts out fake packages as decoys to throw off robbers

A Utah town is faking out package stealers by putting odd items in boxes outside their homes. The residents say they don't want to catch the thieves, but just to keep them from coming back. Keleigh Nealon (@keleighnealon) has the story!
