Colombia: Historic Agreement on Victims' Reparations to be Released

As part of the ongoing peace talks, the Colombian government and FARC guerrillas reached a historical agreement on reparations for victims of the country's five decade long armed conflict. A delegation of family members of the victims is in Havana for the occasion. The final agreement will be announced later today. teleSUR
