Here's what you do:
1) Become a member of Dailymotion by clicking "Create an Account" on the top of the screen
2) Upload your video by clicking "Upload Videos"...you can also record directly into your webcam!
3) Come back to this group (FlowandTell.Dailymotion.com) and click "Join Group"
4) Go to your profile page, open up the video that you want to submit to "Flow and Tell" and click "Add to a Group"
5) A window will open up that will have the "Flow and Tell" group - click it.
6) That's it!!!
