Why We Get Nervous in Group Conversations

| I often used to get nervous, self-conscious, and really overthink situations whenever I was among groups of people. I often felt uncomfortable not only in the conversation, but even after I left the situation--I would leave worrying how I came across to others for hours, and sometimes even days!\r
\r
As I expanded my perspective and gain experience in group settings, I came to understand how my old thoughts and behaviors were making me feel anxious and trapped. Once I started to understand my perspective and the limitations of how I was seeing the world and my place in it, my anxiety and nervousness in group settings slowly started fading away. In this video I share with you how my perspective has grown, and I hope it helps you make progress in your own social life!\r
