This is the first in a series of episodes where I show you how to design and build a USB to GPIB / IEEE-488 / HPIB but interface card. After National Instruments took over the standard, prices have increased to ridiculous levels, so if there is interest, I might start a kickstarter campaign, to get a low-cost GPIB board to the people.
