"In August I had canaloplasty done on my left eye because it's the one that had highest pressure. And at that point in time i was still taking the eye drops for my right eye. The pressure drop in my left eye was unbelievable. It went from above 20 down to a pressure of approximately 8. It did not swing so low that there was damage to the eye but it was low enough that there was no damage to the nerve.

During the next three months I continue to eye drop in the right eye. And the memory loss actually got worse. I have not been able to memorize the names of my students which is always embarassing and in November, I had the surgery done in my right eye and before the surgery, what was amazing to me, I was taking the medication for my right eye - the eye drops and the pressure was above 20 even with the eye drops. After the surgery, both eyes - the pressure on my left eye was 10. The pressure on my right eye was 8. Immediately after the surgery. A week later it was 12 and 10 and currently it has the pressure of 12 and 12, which compared to the above 20 is unbelievable! I'm very very excited about the results."
