Kur kanë kaluar tre ditë nga dorëzimi i listave te kandidateve për deputete, Partia Socialiste akuzon KQZ se nuk po tregohet transparente për të publikuar këto lista. Përfaqësuesi i PS në KQZ Eridjan Salianji në një intervistë për Vizion Plus, pohon se nuk është vënë në dispozicion asnjë informacion duke shprehur habi që kjo është bërë vetëm për përfaqësues të PS dhe jo të PD. Përfaqësuesi i PS ngre dyshime për listat e dorëzuara nga demokratët në kushtet kur vetë socialistët i kanë bërë transparente listat e tyre. I kontaktuar nga Vizion Plus, Njazi Kosovrasti, përfaqësuesi i PD thotë se gjithçka është konform ligjit dhe brenda afatit, kur bëhen publike listat. Por në këtë pikë Salianji arsyeton se është hera e parë e ketij fenomeni në prag të zgjedhjeve. Mosdhënia e listave nga ana e KQZ-së ngre dyshime, nese PD mund t'i ketë dorëzuar ose jo te plota kandidaturat me dokumentacioni përkatës dhe veç kësaj me faktin se nje pjese e zyrtareve te larte nuk kanë dhënë dorëheqjen nga funksionet që mbajnë aktualisht,dhe qe ne disa raste jane te papajtueshme me kodin zgjedhor ne rastin e kandidimit per deputet.

Failure to list by the CEC raises doubts whether PD can be delivered or incomplete nominations with appropriate documentation and in addition to the fact that a part of senior officials have resigned currently holding, and that in some cases are incompatible with the electoral code in the case of candidacy for deputy.
