Pas orësh te tera përplasje fizike, policia dhe përmbarimi ia ka arritur qëllimit duke nxjerre nga shtëpitë e ish - pronarit banoret e 14 familjeve te cilët jetonin ne pallatin trekatësh përballe gjimnazit "Petro Nini Luarasi". Te irrituar nga ngjarja dhe dhuna ndaj tyre, banoret jashtë kamerës tregojnë se e kane gdhire natën jashtë ndërsa paradite kane nxjerre ne rruge te gjitha orenditë e mbetura ne shtëpitë ku jetonin prej 60 vjetësh. Banoret tashme te nxjerre ne rruge thonë se nuk kane asnjë mundësi strehimi e as shanse për te marre kredi pasi pjesa me e madhe e tyre janë pensioniste ose te papune. Nëpërmjet avokatit te tyre banoret deklarojnë se do te ndjekin te gjitha rrugët ligjore për te kërkuar drejtësi. Edhe institucioni i Avokatit te Popullit ka reaguar ne lidhje me ngjarjen. Igli Totozani i ka bere thirrje prokurorisë te nise ndjekjen penale ndaj kesaj çështje. Avokati i Popullit i beri apel qytetareve dhe ne veçanti policisë te mos përplasen mes tyre.
