Ndryshimet klimaterike po shtojnë erozionet e tokës dhe përmbytjet. Ashtu si ne te gjithë boten këto fenomene kane prekur edhe vendin tone kryesisht zonat bregdetare ku sipërfaqe te mëdha toke po humbin nga erozioni dhe përmbytjet. Sipas ministrit te mjedisit nevojiten masa për frenimin e pasojave qe shatojnë ndryshimet klimaterike. Per Ministrin e Mjedisit kjo çështje është prioritet për te gjithë vendet e botes. Ne përmbushje te detyrimeve ndaj konventës se kombeve te bashkuara, ministria e mjedisit, pyjeve dhe administrimit të ujërave ka hartuar edhe dy dokumente te rëndësishëm, komunikimin e pare dhe te dyte kombëtar për ndryshimet klimatike si dhe dokumentin që identifikon prioritetet për hartimin e komunikimit te tretë kombëtar te vendit tone.
