Pas prezantimit publik si kandidat i partise socialiste per rrethin e Dibres, ish-guvernatori i bankës se Shqipërisë, Shkelqim Cani, ka shpjeguar edhe momentet e tensionit qe shoqëruan aktivitetin e fundjavës ne Bulqize, ku atij iu ndërpre fjala nga disa mbështetës te ish-deputetit te kësaj zone, Ardit Kaja. I ftuar ne emisionin "ZIP", z. Cani tha se ngjarja është fryre, pasi ajo ne fakt ishte deshmi e debatit dhe demokracinë se brendshme ne partine Socialiste. Kandidati i PS-së per Dibrën theksoi se numri i personave qe e kane kontestuar ka qene i vogël dhe jo 300 siç është përfolur, duke shfaqur shpresën se edhe vete Kaja do te punoje bashke me te ne te mire te Dibrës dhe partisë Socialiste.
