Diplomati i BE ka theksuar se duhet nje proces i besueshëm dhe i paanshëm, ndërsa ka kërkuar qe çështja te mos polarizohet. Gjate 24 orëve te fundit vendimi për ngjarjen e 21 janarit ka qene ne qendër te komenteve dhe deklaratave te faktorit te brendshëm por edhe atij ndërkombëtar.
