Dy dite para raundit te 4 te votimit herët ne mëngjes PS ka mbledhur kryesine për te kërkuar rifillimin e negociatave maxhorance opozite. Tërheqja e Xhezair Zaganjorit sipas Partisë Socialiste ka krijuar një mundësi te re për konsensus, prandaj kryesia ka vendosur qe te kërkohet një takim mes Gramoz Rucit dhe Astrit Patozit. Edhe anëtaret e kryesisë pas takimit kane deklaruar se PS nuk do te propozoje emra pa filluar procesi i konsultimeve me maxhorancen. Deri me tani janë djegur 3 raunde votimi për Presidentin dhe maxhoranca e opozita nuk munden te gjenin një emër konsensual; tashme te dy palët kane vetëm 2 dite kohe për te vendosur nëse vendi do te ketë një president konensual apo një president te shumicës parlamentare.

Even after meeting members of the leadership have said that SP would not propose names without starting the process of consultation with the majority.
