Aleanca Kundër Importit të Plehrave ka dorëzuar në Komisionin Qendror të Zgjedhjeve kërkesën për tu pajisur me formularët tip për një referendum qe do te ketë ne qendër shfuqizimin e një pjese të ligjit "Për menaxhimin e integruar të mbetjeve" dhe përmirësimin e tij. Kjo Aleancë do të presë përgjigjen nga KQZ në lidhje me lejimin e referendumit dhe ne varësi nga qëndrimi i komisionit, ajo mund t'i drejtohet Gjykatës Kushtetuese. Pyetja që do të shtrohet në votim është: "A duhet lejuar importi i mbetjeve në territorin e Republikës së Shqipërisë?"
Alliance Against Import of Fertilizers has submitted to the Central Election Commission request to be equipped with templates for a referendum that would have to repeal part of a center of law "integrated waste management" and improve it. This Alliance will host response by CEC about allowing the referendum and depending on a committee, it may turn to the Constitutional Court. The question that will be put to a vote was: "Should allow the import of waste in the territory of the Republic of Albania?"
