Ne 10-vjetorin e krijimit te saj shoqata e ndërtuesve te Shqipërisë, i ka ofruar një pakete propozimesh qeverise, për te ndihmuar këtë sektor te dale nga kriza, ku është futur prej kohesh. Presidenti i saj Artan Dulaku, ka përkrahur nismën për hipotekimin e pallateve, një kërkesë e bërë prej vitesh, nga ndërtuesit, pasi u ka bllokuar një pjese jo të vogël të kapitalit të tyre. Raporti me bankat është një tjetër pike, ku shoqata e ndërtuesve, ka kërkuar ndërhyrjen e ekzekutivit, për të rregulluar marrëdhënien e kreditimit, pasi kërkesat ne rritje shkojnë në përpjesëtim të zhdrejtë me ofertën. I pranishëm ne përvjetorin e 10 te shoqatës se ndërtuesve te Shqipërisë, ministri i Financave, Ridvan Bode, ka deklaruar se përballimi i krizës qe përfshiu ekonominë botërore, tregoi se ndërtuesit bazohen ne një kapital real dhe një mbështetje te rreme politike. Ne këta 10 vjet ndërtimi ne Shqipëri ka njohur rritje te kapacitetit të tij. Shoqata e ndërtuesve ne këtë fund dekade numëron 400 anëtarë dhe me mijëra ndërtime ne te gjithë Shqipërinë, gjë qe tregon se ky sektor është me i fuqishmi në ekonominë e vendit dhe gjithmonë e më shumë në zhvillim.
