Ditët e fundit njësia rajonale e Policisë Rrugore te Tiranes ka nisur një aksion për te kapur drejtuesit e automjeteve qe kane marre gjoba dhe nuk I kane shlyer ato.
Ne akset kyçe te kryeqytetit janë ngritur postblloqe te pajisur me kamera te specializuara për nxjerrjen ne kohe reale te debitorëve. Por ky aksion i policisë rrugore i cili shoqërohet me masa shtrënguese, si marrja e lejes se qarkullimit apo bllokimi i makinës, ka evidentuar një problem shume shqetësues për qytetaret, atë te mosnjohjes me masën ndëshkuese. Madje ka nga ta qytetare te indinjuar qe akuzojnë policinë se gjobat janë vene ne mënyre abuzive. Nga ana tjetër, përfaqësues te policisë rrugore shprehen se masat janë domosdoshmëri përballë neglizhencës se qytetareve për te paguar shkeljet qe kane bere. Ndërsa për sa i përket akuzave te qytetareve shefi i edukimit dhe parandalimit i quan justifikime te pabaza ndërsa siguron se nuk do te ketë asnjë tolerim. Masat e rrepta do te vazhdojnë dhe ne ditët ne vijim. Sipas burimeve te policisë rrugore, ne 5 ditët e fundit janë bllokuar 2500 leje qarkullimi ku nuk do te tërhiqen nëse drejtuesi i mjetit nuk likuidon shumën e gjobave. Nga këta debitor mësohet se kane mesatarisht 3 deri ne 10 gjoba pa paguar por specialitet rrugor tregojnë dhe për rastet ekstreme ku një drejtues automjeti arrin deri ne 40-45 gjoba pa paguar.

But the traffic police action which is accompanied by coercive measures, such as obtaining driving license or car congestion, has highlighted a disturbing problem for many citizens, the punitive measure of ignorance.
