Gjykata e Tiranes i ka dhënë fund shqyrtimit gjyqësor për superprocesin "Gërdeci" dhe i ka kërkuar prokurorisë te paraqesë ne 3 tetor konkluzionet përfundimtare te gjykimit.
Pas tre vjetësh nga nisja e procesit dhe 151 seancave te zhvilluara me ne fund, gjyqi për tragjedinë e 15 marsit 2008 ne te cilën humben jetën 26 persona dhe u plagosen mbi 300 te tjerë. Seancën e radhës prokuroria do te paraqesë te gjitha konkluzionet për 29 te pandehurit e akuzuar dhe do te kërkojë dënimin për secilin prej tyre. Dënime me te renda rrezikojnë katër te pandehurit Mihal Delijorgji, Ylli Pinari Sokol Ngjeci dhe Dritan Minxolli te cilët akuzohen për vrasje masive. Ndërsa ish-ushtaraket rrezikojnë dënimet për shpërdorim detyre. Por ne seancën te hënës, e cila ishte e fundit për shqyrtimin gjyqësor, nuk kane munguar debatet mes avokateve dhe trupit gjykues ne lidhje me administrimin e provave. Ne fakt debati është zhvilluar mes avokatit Behar Pipero i cili mbron te pandehurin Lavdi Shatro ish-drejtor i fabrikës se Poliçanit dhe kryetarit te trupit gjykues Ridvan Hado. Pipero ka kërkuar nga gjykata ribërjen e ekspertizës për një shkrese te dale nga kombinati i Poliçanit për te cilën kishte pretendime se ishte e falsifikuar. Por gjykata e hodhi poshtë kërkesën si te pabazuar. Ndërkaq, avokati Pipero kërkoi te përjashtohet trupi gjykues duke e quajtur te njëanshëm vendimin e gjykatës. Por kërkesa nuk u mor parasysh nga gjykata e cila mori vendim për mbylljen e shqyrtimit gjyqësor.
