Ministri i Brendshëm Bujar nishani deklaroi se vrasja e gjyqtarit te Vlorës Skerdilajd Konomi me eksploziv javën e kaluar, është vepër e krimit te organizuar.
Duke raportuar ne komision parlamentar te sigurisë, kreu i Ministrisë se Brendshme, Nishani ndryshe nga drejtori i Përgjithshëm i Policisë Hysni Burgaj, nuk u tregua shume entuziast për zbulimin e autoreve te krimit ne një kohe te shpejte. I pyetur nga anëtarët opozitare te komisionit, për ecurinë e hetimit te ngjarjes se 21 Janarit ku 4 demonstrues u vranë para kryeministrisë, ministri akuzoi organizatoret e tubimit për mosbashkëpunim me organet investiguese. Emri i drejtorit te krimit te organizuar Agron Kulicaj është përmendur nga deputetet e majte si i implikuar ne disa ngjarje te renda dhe i lidhur me trafiqe. Kulicaj u denoncua nga ish-ministri i ekonomisë Dritan Prifti për kontrabandën e naftës, drejtori i policisë Burgaj u ankua sipas "Wikilieaks" tek ambasada amerikane se nuk e shkarkonte dot për shkak te ndikimit te kryeministrit, ndërsa një akuze e trete ishte se Kulicaj ishte informator i te kërkuarit Dritan Dajti. Por ministri tha se te gjitha këto ishin akuza politike. Zoti Nishani sqaroi gjithashtu se vrasja e ish-deputetit te majte Fatmir Xhindi nuk është politike, por tha se zbardhja, është ne dore te Prokurorisë. Ne raportimin për gjendjen e kriminalitetit ne vend, ministri shtoi se janë sekuestruar 16.8 milion euro pasuri te trafikanteve. Një tjetër pike, ku nishani debatoi me deputetet e majte ishte manipulimi i numrit te vrasjeve te raportuara për vitin 2010, te cilat numërohen 118 nga ministria dhe 131 nga prokuroria.
