Partia Socialiste do të votojë ligjet që kërkojnë 84 vota në parlament, vetëm nëse mazhoracna tregohet e gatshme për të bashkëpunuar në hartimin e një reforme te thellë, pjesë e të cilës është një paketë propozimesh që po hartohet nga vetë selia rozë.
Vetëm një ditë pas Konferencës së Kryetarëve, Namik Dokle, është zëri i parë që zbardh për VIzion Plus aksionin politik të opozitës në parlament, duke filluar nga e hëna e javës së ardhshme. "Ne synojmë një reforme thelbësore dhe jo arnime te tipit ballkanik. Nëse mazhoranca bashkohet me këtë reforme ne japim votën". Institucionet e pavarura dhe ato te drejtësisë do te kenë vëmendje te posaçme te opozitës ne këtë pakete. Por kjo kërkese kërkon kthim ne komisione te një sere ligjesh për te cilat opozita nuk ka dhënë votën për shkak dhe të bojkotit parlamentar. Por ajo që po ndiqet me interes nga selia rozë, janë ndryshimet për Kodin Zgjedhor. Në këtë pikë, Dokle sqaron se PS pret konsultimet nga KE dhe komisioni i Venecias për të marrë pjese më pas në një komision të mundshëm që do të ngrihet për reformën zgjedhore. "Pas kësaj ne do te ngremë një grup pune pastaj do te jemi të gatshme për të qenë në komision".
