Epidermoid is tumor like mass.it is ,benign(non cancerous) mass occuring any where in the brain ,also known as pearly tumor of brain,it occures 1-2% of all .\r \r \r \r \r \r These are developmental tumors start by birth and slowly grow in size. these are very common in children ,adult occurance is uncommon,these are situated .\r \r This 82 yrs lady had RIGHT FRONTAL-PARIETAL LARGE MENINGIOMA,with left hemiparesis,this was taken out microsurgically with excellent out come .
