Mexico will be debating the pros and cons of legalizing marijuana, following a Supreme Court decision allowing private consumption of the drug. The court ruling only applies, however, to those who filed the lawsuit. President Enrique Peña Nieto, who had opposed the ruling, said he is now open to hearing arguments from experts and favors a debate in society on legalization.
