NOTTINGHAM, ENGLAND — Former Leeds and Manchester United star Alan Smith has been given the red card by his stunning wife of just four months after she caught him playing away from home with a married used car saleswoman.

Smith only married X-Factor dancer Kristina MacMillan in June, but it appears that things were doomed from the start.

MacMillan, 29, became suspicious following the couple's honeymoon after she received Alan's phone bill and it showed 151 texts and 82 calls to the same number on just one day.

So she decided to do some detective work and fitted a GPS tracking device to his car.

She followed him to a restaurant where she saw him arm-in-arm with 43-year old car saleswoman Sarah Cox.

An angry Kristina then looked up Cox and rang her husband to tell him about his wife's after match ball games.

Before giving Smith the boot from the couple's Derbyshire home.

Smith and MacMIllan, who had been together for four years, have now called full time on their marriage and are now only talking to each other via lawyers.
