"Only licensed parties can deal nicotine products"

In a statement released today the Director General of Health Malaysia, Noor hisham Abdullah has stressed that e-liquids containing nicotine and other substances used in e-cigarettes are highly regulated under the Poisons Act 1952 and Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
