Colombia’s president apologises for deadly 1985 army raid

Colombia has marked the 30th anniversary of the 1985 siege of the Palace of Justice. For the first time the government has apologised for the army raid that left nearly 100 people dead. Alessandro Rampietti reports from the capital Bogota.
