In our opinion Mohsin Naqvi should be appointed as Chief Justice Lahore Court, keeping in today act and orders to Justice Sayyed Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi Justice Syed Ejaz Hussain Shah. Supreme Judicial Council should take actions against both judges.
