Colombia: Constitutional Court Approves Gay Adoption

Colombia's Constitutional Court ruled that gays and lesbians have the right to adopt children. Chief Justice Maria Victoria Calle in explaining the decision, said that no child should be denied the right to have parents because of the latter's sexual orientation. The court decision follows a similar ruling in July legalizing same sex marriage. teleSUR
