Man parks very creatively... gets fined!

Finding a parking space can be annoying, but one driver in China has found a creative way to park.

A video has emerged from Hubei Province, China of a car parking on the stairs in front of a building with two wheels placed on top of two concrete cylinders on a pavement.

According to news reports, the driver intentionally put the car onto the blocks with the help of his friends and said it was only for fun.

However, police still issued him a fine for illegal parking.
