Tender-hearted biker stops traffic at busy intersection to rescue kitten

OKLAHOMA CITY — This terrified, but nonetheless adorable, kitten would've probably been dead by now if it wasn't for this biker who stopped at a busy Oklahoma crossroad just to save it.
The heart-warming scene was recorded by a camera attached to the biker's helmet and has since gone viral on YouTube.
In the video, the kitten is seen stuck in the middle of a busy crossroad in Oklahoma City, nearly getting crushed by passing vehicles. The biker sees it and tries to stop cars by yelling at them. When she realizes the kitten is still in danger, she doesn't think twice and leaves her bike in the middle of the crossroads before running to the rescue.
"Still shaking! Thank you to the mystery lady that helped and all the people that paid attention and stopped, it was very appreciated," the biker wrote in the description of her video on YouTube.
"Kitten turned out to be a he, and is resting safely now."
She adopted the kitten and appropriately named him "Skidmark."
