In this video I will show you how to finally eliminate that terrible video on your Intel Graphics card. This fix is for any desktop environment.
these are the instructions.
Paste the following in your terminal
1.) sudo apt-get install mesa-utils
2.) glxinfo | grep OpenGL
3.) sudo mkdir /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/
4.) echo -e 'Section "Device"\n Identifier "Intel Graphics"\n Driver "Intel"\n Option "AccelMethod" "sna"\n Option "TearFree" "true"\nEndSection' | sudo tee /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf
5.) sudo reboot
