Dramatic footage has emerged from China of a man driving a coach on a busy road and crashing into more than ten cars before finally stopping on a pavement.

In the footage, partially captured on a security camera in Guangdong Province on Wednesday, the coach can be seen dragging a minibus for a few metres before bumping into another vehicle, while a rickshaw narrowly escapes a strike too.

The coach later stops under an interchange.

According to news reports, the 23-year-old driver took his father's coach and caused chaos. He was allegedly tested for drugs after being arrested by police and is currently in custody pending further investigation.

Fortunately no injuries were reported in the series of crashes.
