this is my tribute aka WHO VIDEO(my creation) for peter cushing's version of the doctor.he does not get enough credit for it.

He's the two doctor movies from the 1960s.there is a little history about it,he was asked to be part of the show,but turned it down because he had another contract he couldn't get out of in time.I call him the 1st Forgotten Doctor.
