Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu presented the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee Monday with one of his answers to the continuing wave of terrorism - an application that alerts security forces. Netanyahu spoke of the stricter rules of engagement, and said that the decision to place a brick wall between the East Jerusalem neighborhoods of Armon Hanatziv and Jabel Mukaber is "not a policy-changing decision. He also referred to the Chairman of the Palestinian Authority and said that "on the one hand, Abu Mazen is riding the wave of terror with words of incitement while he runs his security forces, in other words, he is acting in the West Bank but provoking acts in Jerusalem. Regarding the Supreme Court's decision to freeze the demolition of terrorists' houses the prime minister said that "the court does not act maliciously concerning the demolition of terrorists' houses and also does not work for the sake of Israel's enemies.
