Theres the talk about giving man EVERY plant which has seeds(cannabis has) & giving every GREEN plant to everything which has "lifebreath" in it.

In Germany (like in the us too i think) is the law of free religions choice, So in our German "Basic-Law" called "Grundgesetz" stands in chapter 4 ..everyone has the free choice of religion and must have the possibility to "live" this religion or "to practice it"
So if you are a Rastafari or a Cristian the law & the police cant nothing do against you smoking and raising mariuhana in your own garden
Youve got chapter 4 "Grundgesetz" AND written in the Bible that GOD gave this plants to humans!
I will check if its in the quran too, than even muslims could smoke with us & everyone would be happy&friendly ;-)
