Approximately 1.6 million car accidents are due to cell phone use while driving, and people are uniting to put a stop to it. FouseyTUBE took a break from his usual antics to do a little PSA on driver safety. His waited at intersections and stopped drivers that were on their phone, calling them out on their dangerous behavior.
