Due to the drought affecting Central America and inadequate government policies, Honduras is experiencing its worst agricultural crisis ever. With the drop in output, 3.2 million Hondurans face hunger, 40% of the population. Small producers have formed the Alliance for the People's Right to Food and proposed a series of measures to authorities to alleviate the situation. Gerardo Torres reports from Tegucigalpa. teleSUR
